Karaoke Sansaar provides digital products, custom karaoke tracks, and downloadable media. Due to the intangible and instantly accessible nature of digital goods, all sales made on this website are final and non-refundable.

Once a file has been delivered, downloaded, viewed, or accessed—whether partially or completely—we cannot offer refunds, returns, or cancellations under any circumstances.

2. No Refunds on Digital Products

Because each product is delivered digitally and cannot be “returned” in any traditional sense:

  • No refund

  • No replacement

  • No cancellation

shall be granted after a purchase has been completed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing non-reversible, non-returnable digital content.

3. Requests for Modifications or Corrections

Although refunds are not applicable, we are committed to assisting customers with reasonable adjustments, provided such changes are related to:

4. Incorrect or Damaged File Delivery

If you happen to receive:

we will be happy to re-send or repair the file at no additional cost.

This is the only exception to the non-refund policy, and applies solely to technical delivery issues—not customer preference or dissatisfaction.

5. Custom-Made Karaoke Tracks

Custom tracks are created strictly according to the details you provide.
Because significant time, effort, and resources go into production:

  • No refund is available for custom orders

  • Revisions may be provided only in line with the original instructions

New or additional requirements will be treated as a new service request.

6. Acceptance of Policy

By downloading any digital file, placing an order, or using our services, you confirm that:
